PHP-Support for the Meta-Title-field

Hello!

With this snippet, you can enable shortcode output in custom titles (WP 5.4+):

add_filter( 'the_seo_framework_title_from_custom_field', 'apply_shortcodes' );

(Where do I place filters?)

Then, all you need to do is create and insert a shortcode that outputs your desired string, like the date.

We’re still considering making this more accessible in a future update–but in the past years, we noticed only a few users would actually find it beneficial. Moreover, I’d first like to clean up some things before we start tackling it. https://github.com/sybrew/the-seo-framework/issues/140

Does anything speak against allowing PHP-Code in this field?

(Would be a little bit easier to handle then Shortcodes sometimes)
