    Hello,

    The store and WooCommerce won’t connect. All steps work fine until hitting the final ‘done’ button, then it just comes up with an error stating that it failed to connect.

    Please advise, thanks.

    I want to sincerely apologize for the connection issue with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. We have identified that there is an issue and are taking it seriously, actively investigating with the Facebook team and providing them all the information they need to troubleshoot this further.

    At this time, we do not have an estimated time for this fix. You can rest assured that this is our top priority and we will work alongside Facebook to get this cleared up as quickly as possible.
