We have tried activating the basic and extensions plug in twice. Once on our website and once on our staging site. Both times it affects 2 pages by taking away content and changing the links ?

    any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey, I like the website a lot, nice and snappy.

Both times it affects 2 pages by taking away content and changing the links ?

This does not sound like TSF at all. What page builder/theme (or stack) are you using, please? Any other details you might provide, for example, from what pages the content disappeared?

I know it is bothersome, but could you try disabling all other plugins and switching to default WordPress theme (on staging), enabling TSF and then enabling other plugins one by one? We need to narrow down the scope of the problem.

I apologize you ran into problems, we will do our best to solve this in a timely manner.

Thank you. Its our own custom theme, maybe based from twenty twenty i believe. I will try the plug ins and see if that brings anything to light. Real shame at present , we love the look of your product.

I suspected it is a custom job, looks great indeed. That makes it more troubling because I run TSF on multiple 2020 theme forks without a hitch.

Note that TSF is made to the spec of WordPress coding standards, we hook into everything properly. I’m not saying we never made a mistake, but more often than not, it is some ghetto hack in other plugin/themes that causes trouble.

Let us know as much as you can, if you have a developer on board, ask him to debug this in the browser developer console, giving us more detail. Thank you.
