Remove fields for shipping address and phone number

    Hi

    The site I’m working on sells digital downloads and so it is not necessary to collect the addresses and phone numbers of customers, but I can’t see any way to remove these fields from the check-out page (or at the very least stop them being mandatory so that customers can proceed without completing the form).

    Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks ??

    Hello there,
    you can remove the phone field from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout.

    From the same screen, you can make the Address 2 field optional.

    The Address field is still mandatory since it is required for billing. If you want to remove those entirely you can use a plugin like Checkout Field Editor: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor/

    Ah-hah! I had gone all through the WooCommerce options but hadn’t spotted that section in the appearance>customise area. Thanks ??
