You’ll need to change the siteurl and home values back directly in the database following this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/changing-the-site-url/#changing-the-url-directly-in-the-database

You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel.

When that’s done and you can access the site again under the old domain, you can properly move WordPress following the steps at https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/moving-wordpress/

JAMES! thanks a lot unfortunately what I decided to do was to erase WordPress from hostinger i deleted databases. I know ill have to start again but it’s not a problem i was (clearly) learning how to use build a web page i already uninstall and reinstall WordPress in both domains now i can access both WordPress main pane. but if i try to access to – tapabocatermosellado.com – i′m still being redirected to – colombiabioseguridad.com.co – do you know how can I fix that? ( the advice you just gave me about changing the URL directly from the database, was something I first thought, and im happy i was right! unfortunately, I didn’t know how and probably ended screwing things more, thanks a lot!)

Are they two different installs, or just one install?

Have you checked to make sure the domain isn’t being forwarded through the registrar or redirected through the hosting provider?

You’ll need to consult your domain registrar’s and hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on those.

perfect, can you tell me how? because I think this is affecting my domain speed or something bc it was really fast before and now it takes several minutes to load my page. I will really appreciate if you can guide me.

I just checked the domain registrar’s in whois and for tapabocatermosellado it’s my company information but for colombiabioseguridad its another information, I acquire both domains in hostinger Do you know why the information is different? or how can I fix that? I don’t know if that can affect my page somehow

No, all domain registrars and hosting providers operate different.

As mentioned, you will need to consult your domain registrar’s documentation for details on domain forwarding and your hosting provider’s documentation for details on redirection.

If still cannot find it, I recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support for assistance with this.
