    Hi, I am evaluating your plugin, and so far, so good, EXCEPT we are no getting the “offline emails”
    – I have read through the support site and seen various issues
    – the email in the setup is correctly indicated
    – i have two emails in the ‘send to agent’ (comma delimited), neither receives
    – we get normal emails from the site (registrations, tests etc)
    – the offline messages are correctly captured and we can read them later, but we get no emails, so we have no way to tell
    when I turn the autoresponder on, and list an email as a USER, I get an email to the USER

    But no alert email for offline messages

    Are you able to look at the javascript on the site and see if there’s an issue, please.

  • Am having the same problem. Unfortunately as a USER I also don’t get an auto-respond email.

    Hi,
    thank you for your feedback. We have released Version 9.0.16 of the plugin which contains a fix for that issue. Please update the plugin to the latest version and let us know if the issue has been solved.

    OK, fantastic, that solved the issue.

    Can I make a further request to bring you into line with your competitors – to have a checkbox beside each listed chat so selected items can be deleted as a group. at the moment, the system insists on a painful “are you sure?” process which makes deletions a tedious operation.
