    Hi,

Recently I’ve been having a problem with some galleries not showing on the page. If I inspect the page the gallery and images are there, but not loading in. The strange thing is, some of the same galleries that aren’t showing on a desktop browser will show on a mobile browser (including Chrome and Firefox). I’ve checked the issue across Chrome, Firefox and Edge (old and chromium) and it all the same, I’ve also disabled browser plugins, tried in incognito and it’s still the same, I’ve even disabled WordPress plugins. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

We are experiencing some reports related to the Classic Editor (TinyMCE library)
Are you currently using the Classic Editor or any plugin that embeds this library?

Could you please try to create a new page, but using the Gutenberg Editor only and see if that works for you?

Hey! Thanks for getting back to me. I am using the Classic Editor, but I think the issues were caused by another plugin, WP Hide & Security Enhancer. It was pointing the galleries to the wrong folder. I needed to change it back to “wp-content/gallery/*gallery-name*. If I have any more issues, I’ll try using the Gutenberg Editor and get back to you

    Hi @courseiam,

This could be. NextGen’s TinyMCE integration for Classic Editor got “fragile” and is a subject to break with a long range of apparently unrelated plugins.

Our developers are trying to fix this problem with priority in mind and it will get included in one of the next NGG updates.

In the meantime, using Gutenberg sounds like the best option.

Thanks again, I’ll mark this as resolved.
