VIrtual Option not staying checked

    Good day,
    Something happened to my woocommerce enabled site where the option to select a virtual product is present but after the box is checked and the product saved/updated, the check mark leaves from the virtual option. It’s just not staying with the virtual option.

    I think that this may have started after I added the facebook integration plugin. It mentioned something about not adding virtual products to Facebook when it was activated. Even after I removed it though the virtual option remain basically disabled.

    Can someone help me to restore it?

    Hi @sblugh ,

    It seems you’re not able to add a virtual product on your site. And the error occurred after you install Facebook integration plugin, you have since removed the Facebook integration plugin but the issue has not resolved.

    Here’s what I recommend:

    On the Add Product page, right click anywhere and select the “Inspect Option” as shown here: https://d.pr/i/K2BSOv

    After that, open the “Console” tab as shown here: https://d.pr/i/bsgwnM

    Then set the product as virtual and save/publish the product. If you see any errors in the “Console” tab, then take a screenshot of the error and send it to us. You can use https://snipboard.io to send us a screenshot link.

    Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi there,

    There seems to be multiple missing file issues on the page. This is usually due to a conflict from the theme or a plugin.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by virtual option staying checked.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
