    With regards to Admin being notified when the customer’s crypto transfer/payment is complete,

    Triple A’s FAQs say,
    “How to get notified of transactions?
    You will be notified of all transactions via email as long as a notifications email is provided on the TripleA or the WordPress dashboard.”

    Just to make sure i understand before I recommend to a client, does this mean if Admin wants to be notified when a transfer is complete, Admin must enter an email in the dashboard required (even in the case of only Bitcoin receive)?

    Maybe I’m not clear on the difference between Triple A and Woocommerce’s Admin notification functions.

    Hi,
    Currently the bitcoin settlement mode has an optional notification email field.
    However we are planning to make that required with OTP validation in an upcoming update.

    Reason being that we otherwise have no means of contacting that user. Contacting them might be required if we spot any issues or if the merchant’s users contact us by mistake.

    – WooCommerce will send order updates (to both merchant and user, depending on how it is configured in WooCommerce itself).
    – TripleA will send an email with detailed transaction information to the merchant.

    Does that sound like something that would work for your merchant @newguy321123 ?

    On a side note, any future plans to include another major crypto…for example Ether, Ripple?
