“Path is outside resolved document root” when it’s symlinked

Hi, I’m getting this error when bulk-converting, and I guess the same would happen on upload as well:

Path is outside resolved document root (/var/www/html/releases/67/web)

Document root itself is /var/www/html/current/web, where current points to current release directory

We use PHP Deployer to deploy sites, but also quite often just symlinking docroots

I don’t really know the reasons for it to expand symlinks, and I can’t think of any, but in any case it renders your plugin useless on this kind of installation. Such a shame, because it works like a charm on “classic” WP installs!
