    Hi,

I’m relatively new to WooCommerce and I was wondering if it’s possible to set a specific price on a product for part of its stock? For example…

Product A has 1000 units in stock.
The first 500 units will be sold at a discounted rate of £5.
The remaining 500 units will be sold at the full price of £10.

I know I could achieve this by manually updating the price after the first 500 units are sold, but is there a way to do this automatically? i.e. Is it possible to configure this in the product settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Tom

    Hi there,

There are no default settings for that in the core WooCommerce plugin. It’s possible to add that through custom coding though: Either as a scheduled CSV important update at a pre-defined interval OR by adding custom fields to the product page to provide a tiered pricing structure.

Depending on your coding background through, adding that might be best suited for a web developer or customisation expert given the extent/complexity of the coding involved.
