Email field won’t recognise emails

    When an email is entered into the email field, it returns the error message: Please make sure your email is filled in correctly.

    The emails are filled in correctly and I’ve tried numerous email addresses, all returning the same error message.

    Also, it won’t allow me to upload a file. When a file is selected in the ‘Download file’ section (the first option), it says ‘No file selected’.

    Third issue, the button appears correctly in the preview, but is broken on the live site. In the preview the icon and the text appear inline, but on the live site the icon appears above the text, and the button has a strange margin on the left.

    Hi,

    The message “Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly” also appears if no download file has been selected. Select a download file and save your download form again to solve this.

    Images are not yet supported when selecting a download file. We are going to look at this in one of the following updates.

    It is possible that CSS of your theme or other plugins will affect the layout of the download button. If you want us to look at this, please send the URL of your download form page.
