non-scrollable service column

hi, i add items to the service column (i changed the name to Product), but i don’t know why it is not scrollable when displayed on website.
please click “Please click here for instant enquiry.” to take a look on the quote display.
I use another plugin to for the pop-up function, i do not know whether this leads to the issue.
