Not sending data to Get Response

I believe this is to do with the Hustle Plugin collecting ‘Name’ and Get Response having ‘First name’ and ‘Surname’. When I remove the Name altogether the form submits. Is there anyway to tally these up do we know?

Hello @tombcm ,

By default, Hustle creates a form with first and last name fields. Name in the form needs to be first_name and last_name:


It needs to be set up like that and then it will work with GetResponse.

Maybe in the future, your team can add first name & last name features in your field email tab, so we, Getresponse user can select only firstname at the first place.

It because the less field visitors need to to fill in, the more it will convert. I hope your team will consider on this.

Overall very good plugin. Good looking & User friendly interface, and it function as it should. ??
