    Hello @rosepog

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I can see that you opened the exact same issue with another caching plugin.
Can you please confirm if you are using more than one caching/minify solution?
I am not able to see the video you posted: “We can’t find a video you are looking for”
Can you also please share your website URL and check if the option “Disable minify for logged in users” is enabled in Performance>Minify?
    Thanks!

    Hello @rosepog

    Thank you for the information.
Using more than one caching plugin can cause conflict so it is not recommended to use more than one plugin for caching.
YOu should completely remove the other caching plugin, meaning disable and delete it and also remove any drop-ins, .htaccess rules and any files created in the cache folder, and only use W3 Total Cache Plugin.
We cannot say if the issue is coming from W3 Total Cache if another caching plugin is also installed.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

Yes I was completely wrong about this. I actually contacted the other caching plugin about this issue as well.

    Hello @rosepog

No problem, we are here to help!
Please let me know if the issue persists after you removed the other plugin.
    Thanks!
