    Bummer! Looks there is an error in the javascript initialisation. Can you inspect your page and see if there is any errors reported in your javascript console?

    My fault, the problem is not in the CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension,
    all errors were due to Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP.
    After disabling all plugins and enabling them one by one, it turned out to determine the source of the problem/

    no worries, glad you sorted it out!

    Please note that existing CF7 forms cannot be edited in the Grid UI editor. You will need to create a new form using the plugin to leverage the grid functionality.
