No more e-mail notifications

    Hello,
    I saw there are some problems with the last version of wordpress so I didn”t yet upgrade wordpress (I will wait you to update the plugin). But I have an other issue.

    I use wp mail smtp for a while and I had to check the option “force expedition’s email” (to ignore the plugins’ values) because no emails were sent with bookly plugin.
    Since I did that, I no longer receive notification’s emails from some security plugins. I spoke with the support of thoose plugins and verified in the backoffice, there is no problem of sending. For one of those plugins, I still receive some notifications emails but not all I should receive. For the other plugin, I don’t receive any emails anymore (while the plugin send the mails if I verify in the back office).
    What can I do ?

  • Hi @chuchuju,

    When you get a chance, could you please share the mailer, SMTP settings you’re using? What is the security plugins that you’re having an issue with? Every time the email fails sending from your site, the email delivery error will be displayed on the dashboard. If you’re aware of this, please share the full error details recorded there. You might also want to install email logging plugins to gather few more details about the failed emails.
