Dashboard custom links only showing on instructor account, not student account d

Hi, I followed the guide (mentioned in the linked post)to add custom links on dashboard:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/new-dashboard-link-tab-icon/It worked fine. However, they do not show ip globally in student accounts dashboard.
Note: In hopes, of getting a response for this issue
