Updating feed

  • I am adding a Bloglines.com easy subscription button to my site for my blog.

    However, whenever I click on the button it says:

    Elite Links Newsletter
    Linking you into the 21st centruy
    https://www.freeclassifiedlinks.com/wordpress [https://www.freeclassifiedlinks.com/wordpress/wp-rss2.php]

    I need to change the spelling of “century”

    I went into my admin area and fixed the spelling error.

    However, when I click on the subscribe button again, the spelling is still wrong.

    How do I fix this problem?

    I thought my feed was automatically updated?

    You’ve done all that you can do. Unfortunately, once you or someone subscribes to your feed via bloglines, the name and description are permanently locked into the bloglines database. The only way to sort that out would be to email bloglines support and (politely) ask them to change it.
