Cannot configure SMTP with office365 on a particular host

    So unfortunately we cannot seem to resolve the issue and thought maybe you might have some ideas about it.

    The plugin works and can be configured on the test server https://3.11.64.150 (hosted on AWS)

    The plugin is not working on cosmeticsurgery-partners.org (hosted with another server)

    The website developer believes it’s something to do with hosting, can you double check if there is anything else we can try?

    We are using office365 SMTP non-paid option

    PS error message =
    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.2.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
    Please review your WP Mail SMTP settings in plugin admin area. Consider running an email test after fixing it.

    Please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.
