Dowload purchase not working

    The buyer cannot download since it reads: “The purchase ID has not been registered yet, or the purchase id is invalid. Please, try again in 3 minutes.”

    And no link to download shown.!

    The issue you are reporting is usually related to the PayPal settings.

    Please, be sure the IPN (Instant Payments Notifications) is enabled in your PayPal account. If the IPN is disabled, PayPal does not notify the payments to the website, in whose case the plugin does not generate the download links.

    Note: PayPal requires an URL for enabling the IPN, please, enter the URL to your website’s homepage.

    The IPN is enabled, but the payment status in the IPN history is different to “Completed”. In this case, the plugin does not generate the download link to protect itself against frauds, because the buyers can cancel the payments in any other status.
