How to change hover text on image above post title?

  • I put an image above my post title but when i hover over the image, it shows “permalink to postname” and link to my post.

    How can I change that to show my image name instead and no link to anywhere?

  • It is almost impossible to answer this without a link to your site, and the name of the theme you are using. If you are not using a publicly available theme, it may not be possible at all.
