Manual approve affiliate

    If using the auto approve it works fine but when testing out the manual approve when I go into a new signup and hit the approve button nothing happens, also if I hit the approve button and then save settings at the bottom of the page it still does not approve?

    I have also noticed once a new affiliate logs into their account the tabs sales, payment history,creatives and edit profile do nothing and just goes to the main page of the site. Is this also a error with the plugin?

    So I have fixed the problem with the manual approve, but when a affiliate was to login it goes to the page you have one more task to read and agree to the terms. But when clicking this link it goes to a page and instantly reverts back to the website home page? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
