    Hello,

    I am trying to bulk upload items via the csv.

    The import run successfully and I see a message saying the items have been added. On the same page there is a button to ‘view products’. However, when I click through the products are not added to my products list.

    Is this a known issue and can someone help, please?

    Hi there,

    Is this a fresh site with no existing products? Or are you importing products into a site that has products already? Is it possible you have the “Update existing products – Existing products that match by ID or SKU will be updated. Products that do not exist will be skipped” setting checked, and so new products are not being imported?

    Please read over the documentation below, and make sure your CSV file is matching the schema for the headers and column values:

    If you are still having issues, please share a copy of your CSV so we can take a look.

    Hi Kyle,

    Thanks for your reply.

    My site already has nearly 1000 products on site. As for the setting, that is unticked, and so it shouldn’t be updating existing products. Furthermore, it says the upload was successful which is also odd.

    How do I share the csv file?

    Hi there,

    You should be able to upload it to your site’s Media Library, and then share the URL to the file in your reply here.

    Alternatively, you could use a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, and then share the public URL here.
