Facebook Pixel does not load on PageView?

I have recently installed the Facebook pixel on my site using this plugin. However even though i followed every step during the installation wizard. I’m still getting the follow error with pixel helper on every page.
Page View Warning.
I don’t believe it is an ad blocker issue as i have tested this now on 3 different devices.
