    While looking at the printful plugin status page, I’m getting two failures;
    1. WooCommerce authentication URL access
    “Printful needs access to WooCommerce API authorize page. This sometimes may get blocked due to hosts having unnecessarily intrusive security checks in place that prevent WooCommerce API authentication from working (for example mod_security rule #1234234). If this check fails, you will not be able authorize Printful app.”

    2. WordPress Site URL
    “If your currently setup WordPress site URL is redirected to another URL the integration might not work correctly. Typically this happens with incorrect http to https redirects. Go to Settings > General to fix this.”

    I suspect this is related to when I cut the website over to use SSL and something was missed, however I’m unsure how to find the logs required to figure out what’s wrong.

    Any suggestions on next steps?

  • Hi there,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    We would definitely recommend starting with checking your website’s accessibility, make sure the URL is accessible and no redirects are happening. This can be checked in your Woocommerce general settings. If you are using https then it should be https on Printful and Woocommerce settings.

    If everything looks correct there, you can check the logs here project_root/wp-content/debug.log

    If the error still persists, please write to us at [email protected] and we’ll gladly investigate further!
