Rest API is Disabled or Broken

I am trying to remove unused images but when I open up the cleaner, it shows the following message “The Rest API is disabled or broken”

CODE: BROKEN-REPLY
MESSAGE: The reply sent by the server is broken.

I have checked the Rest API and it’s not broken. How should I fix this issue?
