When i click PDF invoice or packing slip.It says”There has been a critical error on your website.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.” Can you help? It worked perfectly before i change details.

Can you add &debug=true to the URL to see if that reveals any specific errors? What kind of changes did you make (besides changing the logo)? Is this a custom template or just the “Simple” template with changes in the plugin settings?

Hi, thank you for quick response! it is simple template. I only change shop address beside logo. I added this code to URL and get ”

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 62762216 bytes) in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/vendor/dompdf/dompdf/lib/Cpdf.php on line 4789

What should i do to solve the problem? Thank you!

Is that for an invoice for a single order, or are you doing a bulk export? What is the size and filetype of the logo that you uploaded?

I exported for a single order. the logo size is 222 KB.File type is PNG.

Can you try a JPG version of the logo instead? By size I actually meant the pixel dimensions.
