Hi, I was trying to use Modula widget in Elementor and hope you can please help. I have managed to create a Modula Gallery from the wordpress dashboard and when I go into Elementor I can see it there but when I try to drag and drop it onto the page all that happens is a large white space appears where there should presumably be images/gallery but none are displayed. I’m using Generate Press Theme with Elementor and the page is set to “boxed” 1200 pixels with “no gap”.

Many thanks for any input you might be able to provide

    Paul

    Hi Mihaela,

Unfortunately now after updating the plugin I can’t even see the gallery from the “select/search gallery” drop down box from within Elementor…so there is only “none” as an option.

    Hi Paul,

Just tried this on my end but I was unable to replicate the same issue.
Can you please let me know what version of WordPress and Elementor do you have installed?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Hi Mihaela,

The wordpress version is 5.5. Elementor is 2.9.14 and the generate press theme is 2.4.2.

I see also the heading of the post related to my issue says RESOLVED which of course at this time is incorrect so I thought you may wish to change its status to reflect the true situation here.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello @millermixing ,

    Thank you for explaining!
We tested your entire problem and it might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Modula Gallery & Elementor and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Nineteen for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

We apologize for this issue, but we are focused on resolving it !

    All the best,
    Marian
