    Hi

    Some of my users are being kicked off at payment stage and then the order status is pending payment and it stays that way. It doesnt happen all the time so its hard to track the error. I had posted about this a few days ago, and said we use Realex payments but it is actually Woocommerce Global Payments Gateway we use.

    Can someone help?

  • Have you checked your checkout page yourself to see if you can enter payment details? I have just found something similar after the 4.4.0 update that is breaking the JS on the checkout page.

    Hi @elainewpq. This forum is for help with the WooCommerce plugin itself. If you’re using Woocommerce Global Payments Gateway from WooCommerce.com, that’s a premium extension. Please raise a ticket by clicking on this link: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. Double check that the name of the product is entered instead of WooCommerce General so that you’re question is correctly routed.

    If you’re using another extension, please post in the forum for the correct extension or contact the support for that extension directly.

    I’m going to go ahead and resolve this thread. If you have a question about WooCommerce, please start a new thread.
