Slide Show is not starting with featured image

I could not managed to put screenshot here ?

What I did ;

I unchecked Featured Image box and added photos to body of testimonies, it was same. Not worked.

I deleted photo from first testimony and it worked, all others works with photos. If I add photo to first one again it is not working.

Update;

I uncheck Customize>Theme Settings>Content Archives> Display the featured image?

It works with Featured Images if first testimony is without featured image. If first testimony will include featured image view is not working.

I added featured images to all testimonials and switched to the same settings and the slider still works ok.

Can you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Strong Testimonials and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes!

I did it before, Twent Twenty theme shows a blank page since my theme use front page as a different php. (Genesis- Elegance theme).

I am having the same issue after upgrading to WordPress 5.5 today. The container does not open at all so there is just a horizontal line with the left/right nav arrows on the sides. This is on the initial page load. If I fresh the page it loads.

Our developers have already started working on it and we hope to fix it in our next update.
