    Hello,
I am using your plugin on a site, and I’ve come across an issue where if I change the term on a post or create a new post it does not show up in the reorder interface. Is there a fix for this?
    Thanks

that’s odd. are you getting any errors reported on the back-end? (enable WP_DEBUG to see if you get any errors).

I am getting a notice but not an error: [19-Aug-2020 18:39:50 UTC] PHP Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 14 in /wp-content/plugins/reorder-post-within-categories/admin/partials/reorder-post-within-categories-admin-display.php on line 57

I made a small change to fix this. v2.7.4

I change the term on a post or create a new post it does not show up in the reorder interface

tested this on my server but I am unable to reproduce this error. Do you have a special setup? Custom post/taxonomy, or just using the default post and category?

I am using a custom post/taxonomy combo. After looking at it some more, if I reset the order, the new posts appear but anytime I add another post to the taxonomy I need to reset the order for it to show up. I will double check whether or not this is true for default posts.

understood, thanks for the clarification. I will run a few more tests and come back to you.

Hi Aurovata, I use this plugin to sort products into categories in Woocommerce. This worked fine until the update to 2.7.4.
Didn’t always see all products under the category but through a slide or quantity box I could add the other ones.
Now I lost the slider and the box?

I don’t know if this is the same problem as described above? If so can you come back to me to?
I don’t get any error messages and use WC 4.4.1, WP 5.5
Can you please help me out?
    Kind regards,
    Crool

I can confirm that this is also affecting default posts and category, I tested with the Twenty Twenty theme and no other plugins active. Additionally, the range slider is missing for categories with more than 20 posts.
