• Hi, I am trying to use your plugin (which always has worked great) together with Flatsome.

I found this https://www.relevanssi.com/knowledge-base/flatsome-theme-product-search-results-page/ which was a great help. And the product search works now for non ajax related searches.

If you go to the website and enter A47104 into the search box the ajax result will be “No items found” because A47104 is a model number from a custom post_meta field which I added via relevanssi. If you press the search icon, which goes to the search archive page the correct results will show up.

I really hope you can help me out a give me some guidance on how to also make relevanssi work with the ajax search. I think for most people using flatsome theme relevanssi is currently not viable as it does not work with the ajax search which I think is the most used way to search these days.

I am very thankful for people like you that make these great plugins, and understand if you can’t make it compatible with every theme. I though hope you can help me out.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

There’s not much point asking me about this. Flatsome is a premium theme, so I have no access to it. I can’t tell you what it’s doing with the Ajax search. It may be easy to fix to make it compatible with Relevanssi, it may be not, but in any case it’s the Flatsome people that need to do the change. I can help them, but they need to want it first.

So please contact Flatsome support and tell them you want the Flatsome Ajax search to support Relevanssi. Once they realize they want that, I can then help them achieve it, but first some actual Flatsome customers need to tell them this is something you want.
