Hi @rachelagc, thanks for opening this ticket.

In order to help us diagnose where the issue is, could you verify you have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks? Some times this kind of issues are solved making sure you run the latest version of all your extensions.

If that doesn’t help, I would suggest checking if there is a conflict with other plugins or your theme.

The best way to determine this is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    3. Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. [You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)

    Hope that helps!

Thanks Albert for your response. I have latest WordPress but this time will update WooCommerce plugin first and then try Blocks again.
    Thank you!

    Hi Adam,
Thank you for the follow up. Ive not had the guts to try just yet. I rolled back to earlier versions because I’ve an upcoming event that I need everything $ working for asap. I’ll give it another go when ticketing is over.
    Have a fun weekend!
