    Hello @avedislifestyle

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
It appears that your files/folders write permissions do not allow W3 Total cache to created necessary drop-ins and potentially create a cache folder and write .htaccess rules.
Please check your files and folders permission and set your folders to 755 and files to 644 so that W3 Total Cache can write the rules and add the files or as suggested in the notification, add the files manually or use FTP.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
All the files and folder permissions are correct. But still receives the same error.
FTP credentials don’t allow to copy to file /chroot/home/a113b655/avedislifestyle.com/html/wp-content/object-cache.php

    Hello @avedislifestyle

    Please check if /wp-content/object-cache.php exists.
If not, you can download the plugin from here, unpack the file, and copy /w3-total-cache/wp-content/object-cache.php to your serve in wp-content folder.
Or create the object-cache.php manually and copy the code from here to the crated file.
    I hope this helps

    Hi,

The above issue is fixed now.
But we are facing difficulties using this plugin. We have even purchased the plugin for $99 annually and have activated & configured accordingly. But still, our Page Speed Score – performance report in GT Metrix shows ‘F’. Please let us know how can we make the page speed score high using this purchased plugin.

    Hello @avedislifestyle

As per wp.org guidelines, issues related to your premium subscription or account should not be posted in the forum.
So please reach us via the plugin in Performance>Support or via the website https://www.w3-edge.com/contact/
Be that as it may, the Gtmerix suggests that you need to optimize your images. W3 Total Cache cannot do that so you should consider using some image optimization plugin such as Ewww image optimizer or Smush it.
    Thanks!
