Move Plugin to Settings or Tools?

For the most part, clients should not and/or will not be working with handlebars or PHP. I’ve noticed that more advanced plugins like this tend to place their link under settings or tools in the left-hand menu so it’s not seen as easily by non-techniqual users (who like to screw things up). Would a better place for this plugins link be under tools? BTW love this plugin! I’m a huge fan.
