The message does not send

    Hello everyone !
    I installed and configured contact form 7. The problem is that in developer mode sending the message does not pose a problem, but once disconnected and I try again, when clicking on send, two arrows turn endlessly and the message does not go. Ducoup I deleted the extension and reinstalled the original one from the form7 contact site but it still doesn’t work. It’s been 3 days that I am on this problem, if someone could help me would be nice, thank you in advance for your time and excuse me if my English is not perfect.

    Configuration:
    Windows: 10
    Wordpress: 5.5
    Php: 7.4
    Contact Form 7: 5.2.1
