Works perfect. Users who get issues have zero knowledge about web development

  • The plugin works just perfect. Automated invitations, drag&drop trustboxes, product reviews.

    Users who get problems with this plugin, is very likely users who knows nothing at all about web development. Some says the drag&drop doesn’t work. Well, you should definetely change your theme since is not really well built.

    Also, I think many of them misunderstood the purpose of the plugin. If you do not have a trustpilot account it won’t work, of course! Some think it’s just a reviews plugin, they do not realize it’s a bridge from your website to your trustpilot account.

    However, great plugin.
