How this plugin works

Hello,

I’m really amazed watching the results after I’ve installed and set up this plugin.

But I’m not sure how this plugin works. I’ve checked plugin description but not found what I was looking for. I thought I better create a support question.

The question is, is this plugin just stopped the output of a disabled plugin (by wp_deregister_script/style) or it stopped that plugin from loading? Suppose a plugin is very heavyweight. But it’s not adding any css or javascript file for a post type. So disabling this plugin for that post type can reduce server load time? Or this plugin will be loaded but no output will be made for that post type (as the plugin adds no css/js or plugin organizer won’t let it to).
