  • Hi @pychome,

Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce. I’m happy to help!

Thank you also for providing a screenshot!

Business Manager helps advertisers integrate Facebook marketing efforts across their business and with external partners, so I might recommend that you try getting added as a Business Manager admin. Have you been added as an admin to the client’s Business Manager? Is that something that would be possible for you?

    All the best,
    Benjamin

Hi Benjamin, thanks for your valuable help ^^
Yes, I was added as a Business Manager admin, but still showing the same.

Also when the main business Manager admin tried to connect the page it says : Something went wrong.

    Hi @pychome,

Thank you so much for confirming that for me! We are working closely with the Facebook team to identify the cause of these general errors and the Facebook team has addressed the vast majority of these thus far. I’m sorry that your account continues to be affected.

Would you please reach out to our support team through our site sharing the email address you use for your Facebook account so the Facebook team can take a look at the logs and determine why your attempts to connect are failing?

    Thanks,
    Benjamin

    Hi Benjamin !

Thanks for your reply, I was waiting to get full admin rights on Business Manager account. Now it is not shown “ineligible” therefore but I get “oops, something is gone wrong, try reloading page…”

I’ve set up a new pixel, catalog, ad account and configured them on Business Manager.

    Any solution ?

I can confirm i have the same issues. I’m admin, both on personal of via partnership to the FB page; still we get ‘Not eligible’ trying to connect with the plugin.

Rather frustrated here, cause of the total lack of proper notification and support docs. We clearly do have admin access to all FB stuff: page, pixel, ad account, catalog….

    Hi @davelo,

Thanks for reaching out about the plugin, and for your feedback here. I’m sorry the process of getting connected has been frustrating. You may find useful information by following this topic, though we’d love to be able to offer you personalized support!

Since you’re not the person who originally started this topic, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic? We’ll be more than happy to help there ??

    Thanks,
    Benjamin

@benjaminskyverge for this case, we solved it yesterday. Via the client’s FB account, it was able to run throught the wizard. But the other 2 – both admin- was not able. So, hope you can do something with that information in further investigation. Apperantly, not every admin get’s same treatment in FB.

    Hi Dave – @davelo,

I’m sorry you’re still experiencing issues getting connected. We are working to ensure the Facebook team has all the information they need to troubleshoot these issues. As the Facebook team implements fixes for the problems, some merchants have found themselves able to get connected when they had prior difficulties; this all depends on the particular setup of each individual WooCommerce site and Facebook shop.

Again, though, since you’re not the person who originally started this topic, per the forum guidelines, I’ll need to ask you to please start your own topic, and assure you that we’ll be happy to help you personally when you do! ??

    Thanks,
    Benjamin
