Translation issue: what means “going”

Hello,
Are you just want to know what “going/not going” means? If it is then,
“Going” means s/he reserve the sit, and “Not Going” means s/he release his/her reservation.

Going option means that your user will be attending that event
Not Going means that user won’t be able to attend the event
