• I bought Dokan in March.

    It worked until mid-July and since then the subscriptions are no longer working.

    The support is unreachable it does not advance any commercial gesture while I lose sales, no solution proposed while waiting to solve my problem.

    They direct me to the payment platform which redirects me to them. My developer confirmed that the problem came from them.

    I have since yesterday a new problem : a customer who has a subscription can’t add a product I’m desperate.

    As you wrote about support, can you please share the ticket ID number with me so that I can check what was the issue actually. I will try my best to solve the subscription issue.

    I can feel the frustration. Subscription is the most important function for earning from your vendors so that should be working.

    I truly feel your frustration as a co-user. I have also felt my only recourse is to give a negative review here. As Pro version works over Lite I believe it is the right place to express our misgivings. There will be more negative reviews soon I am told, by other users who talk to one another from across the globe.

    Rashed, you really don’t understand how your company is affecting people’s lives, you have no doubt heard of the Butterfly Effect? I truly want Dokan to stop selling licenses until all critical bugs are sorted. It really is that bad and if this company were in the UK they would have been contacted by Trading Standards by now for a resolution.

    It would go some way towards customer relations to offer all current Dokan Pro users a free annual renewal to assuage all the hours they have spent trying to figure out issues which are plugin related, they have felt like they are the crazy ones. Take some responsibility for the promises you make about your plugin? In many cases that is not enough to cover lost sales and revenue to Vendors who also joined our sites, the butterfly effect. You are already offering two years for the price of one in your marketing emails. You need to keep your current subscribers happy before getting new ones.

    Sorry for hijacking your review pushoose83 but I strongly believe Dokan need to be made to take responsibility for their pro version and if they can’t the lite version should be removed from the repository. Good luck with your next steps

    – completely agree @pvwebdev ; Dokan deliver so many false promises and let downs. Using this plugin over past 6 months (fighting with it and waiting for fixes/updates/support) has had major negative impact on my personal life and my finances…and negative effect on all the small businesses whom I have been promising for months that I will be able to help them sell online during these tough times ??

    It goes way beyond frustration.
