    Hi there,

I tried taking a look at the site, however it appears you need to be logged in to leave reviews so I could not see the review fields.

This sounds like it is most likely coming from a conflict with code in the active theme on the site (or possibly another active plugin).

As a first step, please try switching back to the default Storefront theme, and then check to see if that resolves the issue. If you are still seeing the issue, then please deactivate plugins aside from WooCommerce (with the theme still switched), and then check again to see if you are still seeing the same issue. We have a guide for conflict testing here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!

    Hi there,

Thank you very much. I do see what you are referring to — there are no titles, and you can’t click in some of the boxes.

I see that your review form is pretty different from the default one, and includes a file upload along with other fields. Taking a look at the source code, I see the form includes a cr-reviews-ajax-reviews class which would suggest that you are using a Customer Reviews / Ajax Reviews plugin (possibly this one?).

If you see that one on your site under Plugins > Installed Plugins, please try deactivating it and then testing to see if the issue is resolved. If so, then please reach out to the support team for that plugin about this.

If you are still seeing an issue, please try switching to the default Storefront theme and deactivating all plugins aside from WooCommerce, then reactivate plugins one by one, checking in between until you find the one causing the issue.

    Hi there,

I’m glad to hear you were able to narrow down the source of the issue to that particular theme!

Id be really grateful if you help me fix the form in my previous theme if possible

Troubleshooting/fixing third party themes would not be something we would be able to assist with here. For fixing that specific theme, I would recommend reaching out to the theme developer to ask about that.

Otherwise, if you wanted to hire someone to dig into the code of that theme, we recommend reaching out to a developer from one of the services at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

Or any similar theme you can suggest? Really Need that post slider on the home page looks really good

If the post slider was the main reason you liked that theme, then I would recommend installing a slider plugin instead — generally, keeping functionality and design separate is good (i.e. theme == design, plugins == functionality) since it allows you to switch themes or plugins without affecting the other. There are lots of different slider plugins available:

can u help me restore my home page to what it was unable to edit it. (While editing shows old content but once i press publish still stays the same like it is currently seen.

Are you referring to the content of the page that you have set as the homepage? After you edit and hit Publish, the content doesn’t update?

It’s possible content is being added by the template of the theme you are on at the moment. If you switch themes again, do you see the content change?

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
