Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I think you might be running into this well-known WooCommerce issue: https://adtribes.io/woocommerce-structured-data-bug/

So the structured data on your website is holding product pricing information too which is different (wrong) compared to the prices in your product feed. If you want to we can verify this? Can you send us the product feed URL you are using for Google Shopping and some product ID’s that are disapproved because of the above notification?
