    Hi there,

    When i change the order status from on-hold to cancelled, the page shows “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    I dont get any email from system about it tho.

    So this only happens when changing from on-hold to cancelled. If i changed it to any other status it wont show this.

    Also this only happens after the new woocommerce update and wordpress update.

    I tried to disable all plugins. But still i would have the same issue.

    Any idea?

    Hey there!

    On your WordPress dashboard can you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs? This is the logs section of WooCommerce. There’s a dropdown on this page, that has a list of all logs on the site – can you check if there is a fatal error log? If so, can you paste the most recent fatal error log here?

    This log made me see that the issue was caused by wp smtp pro.

    I can confirm issue is resolved after updating wp smtp pro to the latest version.
