    Hi @laowai

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

I do not recognize why there is a query parameter of ?pass=1 when the user tries to log in. I have just tried this with a fresh install.

Do you have any other plugins activated or must-use plugins?

Especially for the test, I’ve done a clean installation of WordPress English last version and minimum plugins, only Really Simple SSL Version 3.3.5. The problem persists.

Thanks for the feedback, do you have any drop-in or must use plugins?

Could you please upgrade to version 2.4.3 and see if this helps at all.

Which hosting provider are you with? Are you able to run some tests on a local environment/another host to see if this issue persists?

Thanks, I haven’t been able to recreate this issue. Have you manage to test this on another hosting provider to see if the issue persists?

    Good day!
I’ve checked it on another hosting (timeweb.ru), the problem did not appear. HOORAY!
I’ve written a detailed letter to technical support of hosting.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The technical support replied: We have a password guessing protection system for the administrative panel on the site, so a redirection occurs.
