We have fixed the unicode font issue in the recent update. Are you using the latest version of all the plugins?

Also, please make sure that the database encoding is set to “unicode_general_ci”. If both of these conditions are met and you are still not able to see the arabic characters properly, please send an email to support at themeum dot com with a certificate link. We will take a detailed look to understand what is going wrong.
