Two feature suggestions after removing category protection

Since the possibility to restrict entire categories is gone, I have two feature suggestions that would cover some of the benefits that was lost:

1. Make it possible to Bulk Restrict posts and pages by using the Bulk Actions dropdown the All Posts and All Pages view.

2. Add a global option to make “Restricted content” default when creating a new post or page. If activated in the plugin settings, it would simply mean that the checkbox “Restricted for anonymouse users” would be ticked by default when a new post or page is created. (Useful on for example membership websites with frontend publish forms, where all content should be protected. The category protection solved this problem before.).
