Display header on each page? Not Working

This is issue persists after latest update. Will this be addressed in a future update?

Has anyone found a way to resolve this? I am still getting the header image and background on every page even after uploading the latest version.

Me too and the header image is floating and the following text is hidden.

If anyone has an idea how to solve this problem I would be very gladful.
