issues with plugin

im having two issues. i am on the latest woocommerce.

The fist issue is the plugin auto completes all orders which I understand this is coded that way. this is bad as we also sell physical items as well. this needs to be set to only complete specific items that can be send in the settings menu or virtual items.

second with the latest woocommerce the plugin no longer is generating keys and inserting them in to order details.
